A long drive up to the beautiful city of Harrogate for the second UK PATS trade show, lots of manufacturers showing off their new wares…
For us, this was another opportunity to see what’s new and to again show our luxury range of dog collars and leads (and of course our unique pet bed deodoriser). This show sees the addition of our Clementine collars and leads, now becoming one of our most popular colours. A definitive choice made in time to contrast the lovely autumnal colours we see at this time of year.
Lots of interest again from as far afield as Finland! Of course trade shows are not just about selling your products, they are key for networking with customers to further understand what else we can do to make the best and most unique products for the pet market.
As with most shows there are usually awards and PATS is no different. The new product showcase gives every manufacturer the opportunity to show off their new innovations. We entered our pet bed deodoriser. The judges spent a large part of the morning discussing all of the entrants in the dog product category and to our delight we came out highly commended! Going head to head with major manufacturers we still managed to receive great accolade – a huge pat on the back to everyone who works at Oscar & Hooch for continued belief and dedication to the craftsmanship that goes into all of our products.
A six hour drive home with a little more knowledge, a lot more business and of course an award…
