About Oscar & Hooch

Soft, stylish collars – Handmade in the UK

At Oscar & Hooch, we understand the importance of finding a dog collar that not only looks great, but is comfortable for your dog to wear. We started making our handmade collars in 2012, because we weren’t satisfied with the current range on the market. We’ve designed our handmade collars to be super soft and comfy, but still durable enough to withstand rough and tumble play.

We’ve created our collars with dogs, and their owners, in mind. This is why our signature range of collars and leads are 100% machine washable, and come out looking as good as new! Our handmade range of products are lovingly made, and quality tested so that you can buy in confidence. We’re passionate about our products, and providing great quality collars that your dogs will love.

Luxury Leads and Training Leads

As well as our signature collars, we also have a full range of products which includes leads, training leads, harnesses, treat bags, and more. We cater to small, medium, and large dogs – and have plenty of guidance on our site when it comes to sizing and measurements. For help in finding the perfect fit for your dog, be sure to visit our Size Guide, which provides full sizing guidance, as well as our recommendations for sizing different breeds.

We provide our leads in a full range of patterns and colours, just like our collars, and you can mix and match as you please. Choose from our neon, striped, or signature range, and pick from our wide selection of colours.

Rated 5 Stars by Dog Owners

We’re proud to supply some of the best-loved dog collars and accessories in the UK, and our customers agree! With a 5-star rating on Trustpilot, read our reviews to see what our customers say, and what their furry friends thought of our products too!

When measuring your dog’s neck, include the space for 2 fingers to slide under comfortably in your measurement. Our size guide works on the available holes on the collars, so we would encourage you to aim for a collar size that uses one of the middle holes. The breeds suggested against each size are based on averages. Please measure your dog for accurate sizing – every dog is different! For more information, check out our blog to help you choose the perfect size.

Martingale sizes

How to measure for our martingale collars:
Use a soft tape to measure the widest part of your dog’s head and neck, keeping it fairly snug. Using the biggest measurement, add 5cm or 2 inches. Now use this new figure when referring to the size chart for the size needed. If you are on the cusp of the 2 sizes we would suggest you size down.
